Went to the Cotton Quilt shop today for the first time. A few people in the store, but no one said “hi” or “”can we help you” etc. I assume the man behind the counter is one of the owners and was just standing there. I would expect better than this from small business owners.

I appreciate the curbside service. During this time of a pandemic, it is especially appreciated. Orders are always correct. Staff are pleasant, helpful and quick to bring your orders out to you. I enjoy Sunday night Facebook presentations. The presentation are informative, clear and concise. And as a side bar, I love the take out bags with the special tissue paper.

Very nice and helpful staff. Knowledgeable about fabrics and techniques and store is clean and well organized. Great selection of vibrant fabrics and utensils. Patterns for sale and a rewards program for the items you purchase. Good location with parking lot. Highly recommend this little boutique.
