Yes. We have a fixed self-pay fee schedule. Total cost of the visit is calculated based on visit/procedure codes generated by our medical records software. These codes are called “CPT codes” and are the standard for medical billing. This allows for objective and fair treatment of all patients.
Yes. Patients have the option for "virtual visits" for a number of concerns. Call the office to confirm a telehealth visit is appropriate for your situation.
Yes. All patients see a board-certified dermatologist.

We accept most major medical plans, including: Aetna Blue Cross Blue Shield (except for HMO plans) Cigna Humana Freedom/Optimum Medicare WellCare *United Healthcare - we are contracted as an out-of-network provider. We can see you, but it might cost you a little more. Check your benefits for more info.
Our office is located at 5450 Land O’ Lakes Blvd, which is about 3 miles north of Highway 54 and just south of Ehren Cutoff. We are in the Black Lake Professional Office Park, at the far north end of the back building. (Go between the front 2 buildings, then turn left.)
