Beware. Check your bill closely. Dr. Pusateri was not available, so they had me see Dr. Shepos. Dr. Shepos is not an opthalmologist, but they billed me for an opthalmologist visit anyway. On top of that, they billed me as a new patient, even though I have seen Dr. Pusateri before. Completely contrary to the AAPC guidelines. I don't become a new patient when the practice adds a new Dr. Scammers! Update. The request for my contact info is just another part of the scam. Act like they care when they don't. I provided my contact info and never heard a word from them.

So called two separate times to confirm appointment. A few days ago and then day of to see if someone cancelled so I can come in earlier then my 130 appt. I was told no but arrive 15 minutes before for paperwork. As requested I arrived at 115. 3 people arrived after me and all got seen. I went to the front desk and asked how much longer and she told me the dr has other patients too. I then said that my appointment was at 1:30 it is now 2 pm. She said she had me down for 2. I the. Explained that I called two other times to confirm including that morning and she said she has me for 2 and walked away. I was so upset she walked away and didn’t care what I was saying. It is now 250 and I’m still waiting to see the dr. As a new patient this does not make me want to keep coming here. My time obviously means nothing and I can understand I walked in and didn’t have an appointment or had a big reason to be here but for a basic physical this is completely unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff looks miserable and the wait times are UNBELIEVABLE! If a patient were to show up an hour late, they would be turned down. Yet this facility has NO problem making you wait AT LEAST an hour past your appointment time to be seen. I wish I never selected this office as my primary care!!

The staff was polite and eager to take care of you. I'm new to the area and amazed at how caring and efficient the clinic is run. Having all the doctors in the same practice is the best thing ever no more requesting medical records every thing is in the system
