I started working here back in December after looking for a gym that had flexible hours. With kids back in new school with earlier hours, I’m all about convenience, and I wanted to workout right after drop off. I came across 9 Rounds and saw that every 3 mins a new round begins, so I was able to show up anytime during their hours. I absolutely love the workout I get, it’s an all over workout, and I feel myself changing and getting stronger. The trainers are amazing and so friendly and always willing to jump in and help you. I’ve joined other normal gyms, with rows and rows of machines. I always felt like I was just floating from machine to machine, with no real plan of a attack, and never really getting a great workout in. 9 Round takes the guesswork out of it. They have the full workout planned, every day is different, and it’s always a full body workout. No legs or arm day. It’s every workout. It only takes 30 minutes, whenever I can fit it in my schedule and it always makes me sweat. I love it! I’ll never be able to join a regular gym again.

Great concept but way too expensive for a guy like me. Maybe if you were single, no mortgage, no kids, doesn't have two car payments ect. Then yeah. Maybe when I hit the lottery. For now I am staying in my garage.

Very clean studio. Convenient location. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about their workouts. Trainers were able to demonstrate different exercises and kickboxing combos. Love the concept of having no set class times while getting a full body workout in 30 minutes at 3 minute intervals. Circuit is setup in 9 stations. Love the idea of being aable to monitor my heart rate on the big screen. Memberships are on a monthly basis which makes it more appealing. Excellent for all gym levels. First session is free. Super excited to join up soon at this location and take advantage of receiving a great workout.
