Can someone explain to me how a Memory Care facility, namely Keystone Place at Terra Bella can lose a resident when having them transported to a hospital? This makes no sense. Also, why did Keystone Place at Terra Bella not inform the Hospice care people until the evening that Mom fell around 3pm and went to the hospital for stitches?? Why can't we find out what ambulance company transported her and why was she taken to a hospital in Tampa instead of the one that she is usually taken to in Wesley Chapel, when this happens which is right near Keystone Place? Sorry, but I am just venting. This is just another of several incidents that we have experienced from this facilities bumbling inept management who never seem to take responsibilities for anything on their watch. 0 Comments.

This is the first time in a long time I can say I am genuinely happy to come to work everyday! The staff and residents have made me feel so welcomed. I have the greatest managers and leaders to help me do my job effectively. This is the nicest and happiest place I have ever worked at. 🥰🥰🥰

I was so impressed with community when I toured. I also want to share how absolutely wowed I was at the food! I was at an event for the residents at Terra Bella recently. I was invited by a friend. The decor, friendliness, accommodations, and the entire dining experience was amazing. Truly, I am no stranger to 5 star restaurants, and what Chef Chris Badger served for all of us would rival any top chef! Thank you for caring and catering to seniors in the manner they should be.

The staff is great - helpful, caring, friendly. The facility is nicely decorated and the apartments are spacious. There are activities both at the facility and off-site. The food however, has declined significantly over the last few months. When Keystone Place first opened the food was excellent. Now it’s difficult some days to find a healthy entree. There is more processed food, fried food, high calorie/high fat food and lower quality food. There’s also too much salt many times. The facility offers no special diet meals not even on the assisted living side. Very disappointed in the decline.

Dogs and cats and other small, caged animals (such as hamsters, bunnies or lizards) are welcome. You can even bring your pet with you when you come for a tour! Please note: It is important that each resident is able to care for their pet fully without aid from staff and they are not a disruption to other residents. Decisions are made on a case by case basis after a thorough evaluation from our team.
