Very competent and Windows knowledgeable staff! They completed a complicated and tricky overhaul on my older Dell box, replaced the hard drive and updated the OS, then RE download the image of the old hard drive and stayed with it until it all worked. PCLand was amazing! I highly recommend anyone who needs technology help with a laptop, etc...seek them out on Hwy 41 in Land O Lakes. You will not be disappointed! They were a blessing to me when I crashed and could not work. PCLand also saved me hundreds of dollars!
