While the apartments are a good size for the price, the elevators are constantly breaking down. In my time living here, I can't recall all four elevators in building 4 working at the same time. Very often will only one elevator be in service, resulting in crowded elevators and wait times up to 10 minutes just to leave your apartment. If you value the ability to leave your home in a reasonable time and are bothered by constantly failing elevators, seek an apartment elsewhere. Management knows about this problem yet only continues to provide cheap repairs resulting in multi-elevator weekly breakdowns.

Please, save yourself time and money and stay away from this place. Management is so awful and living conditions are way below par. I'm not even going to mention the price because its ridiculous. Elevators have been out for months, Ive had to take the stairs up 18 floors many times. Management phones redirect to maintenance, really hard to get in contact. Hours on door do not reflect working hours for these people. They do not care about your individual situation, or the community as a whole, its just a money scheme. Feel free to reach out to me for more information.

They are just making money money out of location, don’t fall prey to it like we did. The management team is very rude doesn’t respond or gives vague responses. The insulation in apartments is pathetic (we were cold throughout the winter season) and throws huge bills. We got $1300 electricity bill in one month (2b2b, 3 people) when most of the time two is us were at school. Complained so many times nobody fixed instead they come up with excuses like we don’t know how we are using the heat. The maintenance team (Anthony) is very good, helpful, understanding here. The rent has spiked a lot. Continuous construction noises, dirty windows. To use our own building pool we were made to pay $300. In all we had worst experiences living in this building. It’s not worth it at all. Trust me!

Longfellow towers has been my home for more than 20 years. The response of the service team has always been excellent. Communication of upcoming events are announced clearly and on time. Staff is always very willing to help.

Hi, Rauf. Thanks for reaching out! Our local team is happy to discuss pricing and follow up with you when there is an apartment available in December. Please feel free to reach out to us at https://www.equityapartments.com/boston/beacon-hill/the-towers-at-longfellow-apartments.
I'd ask rental office or go down to maintenance office in basement of 1 and ask secretary
