The minute I walked into Olympic Trophy I was greeted with a smile and I immediately felt like I was speaking with family. Sid and Michelle are so warm and welcoming and provide professional service. As soon as Sid found out that I was ordering plaques for 2 students receiving scholarships at Andy's Attic at South High Community School he wanted to take care of everything. My son needed to have the back of 8 watches engraved that he was giving as groomsman gifts the end of the week. Originally the jewelry store was supposed to do it but last minute could not. Olympic Trophy came through in a pinch doing a fantastic job with a three day turnaround time. Thank you so very much. Great people.

This place was incredible. I had ordered customized Yeti Colsters for my groomsmen from another company online. The order never came in after processing my card, I was notified the day before the wedding that although "guaranteed it would be in by that afternoon" it was not coming in. I doubt they even sent it. I reached out to Olympic Trophy. They were able to fit my order in and complete it within 3 hours. This included a custom design completed by Sid himself. Terrific company run by terrific people
