I am a nrw customer who just opened a new account including a mortgage, checking, saving account debit card and will use bill pay. The people I dealt with to get it all set up are very knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all a pleasure to deal with. Thanks you and I look forward to a great experience. John R

The loan officer at this branch, Corinne, is one of the most unprofessional condescending people I've ever had to deal with. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Called to get some help on an account and the lady could not have been more rude. Very condescending and acted like I was wasting her time. Pretty sure you are supposed to work for the clients. Closed account and would never do business at this branch again. The hopkington branch however is full of friendly helpful people.
