We bought a tritoon boat at Doug Russell Marina and had the most pleasant and friendly experience right from the moment we contacted them. The salesperson (Pricilla) was awesome, she was cordial, friendly, very responsive, and on top of every step of the sale process, we loved her. The day we picked up the boat, Doug Russel (the owner) came out to meet us and was present throughout the delivery process, he personally ensured the delivery process was perfect and took good care of us… we were very impressed with the customer service, how personable and nice everyone was, and the fantastic experience. Definitely recommend this marina dealership if you’re in the market for a water toy. Thank you Doug Russel, Pricilla, and the rest of the staff we dealt with, for such a pleasant experience.

Just purchased a Avalon Tritoon from Doug Russell Marine. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Our sales person Percilla was fantastic. She made sure everything was perfect. The owner Doug Russell also greeted us and was present throughout the sales and delivery process. I highly recommend anyone looking for a boat or Jetski to use this dealer.

I went to Doug Russell Marine to purchase a “New” Mercury Remanufactured 383 mag mpi. When I returned to NJ to have to engine installed the installing dealer raised concerns about missing serial numbers and the hours showing on the ECU. I asked for a refund as this was concerning to me and I could not get a clear answer from Mr. Russell on the origins of this engine. I was faced with a lot of push back on this. The General Manager Rob got involved and was able to explain that this remanufactured engine was remanufactured by Doug Russell Marine and not by Mercury as I had thought. He worked with me to exchange the engine for a brand new one that I was more comfortable with, at a fair price. He was also able to locate a brand new transom assembly and riser spacers that they had in stock when every other dealer has them back ordered. I was able to purchase all 3 items and head back to NJ to await installation. Although it was a confusing and frustrating purchase initially, I was very happy with the professional service from Rob and the staff at Doug Russell Marine. In the end I left there happy with my purchases and would definitely do business there again. If not for Doug Russell Marine and their large inventory of in stock items, I would be waiting months for the parts to get back in the water.
