As always I really like purchasing my vehicles from CarMax. The vehicle is safe, it is tested and I know I can trust them. And if I need further warranty protection I can buy it from them. If I trade again and didn't use all of the warranty time I get a prorated refund. This purchase was great. This Crossover SUV is exactly what I wanted and top of the line trim. So I know I can get the vehicle I want and if it's not in my area I can get it transferred, most of the time. This one was transferred and it arrived way ahead of schedule; however, I had to prompt the salesman twice to move things along. This is the first time that has ever happened. This was not my first transfer but my second. I was really surprised that I had to do this to get the ball rolling. I would think the sale would be most important. Had that not happened this would be a 5 star review. I will still go to CarMax. But possibly will use another salesman next time. Unfortunately, my previous salesman has moved out of state. But no worries, I still trust CarMax.

An online inquiry to sell my extra car resulted in an offer in about 20 minutes. Online, I scheduled an inspection at a convenient time for me. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted & introduced to the inspector, waited about 20 minutes in a clean waiting area. I was introduced to the clerical staff was told they would proceed with the paperwork & would call me as soon as it was ready for my signature. From stepping in the door to stepping out with a check in hand for more than I was quoted took less than 90 minutes. No hassle, no argument, no pressure to do anything else, and it seem that everybody was glad I came to the store. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership & I am 79 years old.

My husband ordered a truck online. Test drove it and had all the paperwork completed. Day one Time:2 hours. The next day we came at our appointed time to add me to the title and the agreed terms changed and we're not what he agreed to the day before. Jack + Nevin we're able to change it back to the original terms. Day two time:2 hours. CarMax is a big operation, have their own finance department, own department to handle DMV transfer, have a great 90 day, 4 k mile total warranty, can return vehicle up to 30 days. Staff was knowageable, our agent Nevin handled internet coordination and Jack, associate of the year 2020 handled our paperwork. Total time for the transaction 4 hours at Carmax
