They take whatever you have but don't give much for cars they have to auction. I got $300 for my 99 Mustang.
They do accept trades but I imagine it has to be in some kind of re sellable condition. I don't think they take junk cars.
Carmax take car trade ins or u have to have a down payment or have a high credit scoring...
