A couple of days ago I purchased a vehicle from the Enterprise Car Sales in Clearwater and here’s how it went: Initial conversation: A contact I had a rental company gave my information to the sales team, (at my request) and I was contacted within a couple of days. Jules, the Clearwater location sales person, was personable but at the same time made me feel heard and understood and was willing to do as much as she could to get me into the vehicle I wanted. She immediately sent me great options based on my preferences. She answered every question promptly and was willing to pivot and make changes at my request. Credit Application: After I chose a car and settled on a price point, Jules sent me a link for a credit app which took less than 5 minutes. Financing: I filled the app out and was connected with Ricardo who helped me navigate thru finding some financing options and staying within my monthly payment terms. Throughout the entire process, he was consistently responsive, respectful, calm, understanding, transparent and constantly keeping my payment preferences on the radar. He jumped thru hoops to ensure I was satisfied with every step of the process and made things more convenient as the buyer. Note: the entire process was done via email and phone because of my job demands. Sign & Drive: Once we agreed on financing terms, I set an appt to come in and sign all the paperwork and was given the keys! The entire process took less than 2 hours!! All in all, my experience was stellar and I would definitely recommend the enterprise Clearwater team to anyone who I searching for their next vehicle.
