Great experience with Gary Scott and Sophie Morris at Crown. They are not the closest dealer, but offered a great deal to get me out of my previous MDX and into a new one. Unlike many other dealers who charged a premium to find or order a car during this high demand time, I ended up with a very good deal. Everything was easy. Handled the entire process on-line, and when I got there to pick up the car, it was clean, ready and it took under 10 minutes to sign the paperwork. Gary took a lot of time setting up and explaining the vehicle for the two people. He was one of the most knowledgeable sales people on this vehicle that I have met since he drives the same car.
