Nice decor and good food. We ordered iced tea, veg drunken noodles and veg pad thai. Pad thai was extra spicy for medium level. Maybe its taste of pad thai.

This is one of the best Thai restaurant in NJ. I came here 5/6 years back and really enjoyed the food. After that I moved the towns and today I was in the area and tried this restaurant again. Everything was so delicious. We had red and green curry, both were really good. I got super spicy red curry and it was so good. Next time , whenever I feel like eating Thai food, I will return here.

Thai Lana is an absolute gem located in Somerset, NJ. I was really impressed by the quality of dishes. Most dishes offer four levels of spicy, with Thai Spicy being the hottest. Depending on your tolerance level the max is legit with really good level of heat. I was pleasantly surprised to see the flavors, texture and quality of each dish standout. Each dish was unique and was expertly crafted. The green curry at Thai Lana is one of the best I have had in NJ. If you are in the area and are craving Thai, this place is a worthy choice.

Are there vegan options?

They list tofu as a substitute for beef, chicken, shrimp, etc. on most of their dishes. I also enjoy the way they prepare their tofu, it's like it is cooked as part of the dish. A lot of places that serve tofu make is seem like an afterthought, cooked but not really integrated if you know what I mean. I think you'll be very satisfied with their vegan options. Now, I tend to not be very strict, so if you are a strict vegan I would ask to make sure everything is prepared separately from anything used to cook meat. I don't think it will be a problem (like places that use a grill) but it will be worth mentioning depending on how strict you are.
