Called 3 times each time the unprofitable man responded not identifying the entity that I called. I hung u to assure I had dialed correctly since it a Friday assume perhaps he’s ready to go! Kept asking what do you want, finally saying nothing I can do for you here you have to deal with the embassy there. I am out of the country the local embassy is no live person, automated email response giving messages ! Yeah

Hi Chris - You don't need to go to Boston for that. Just go to your local area post office who handles the passport renewal and ask them what you have to do.
