Cornwell is the BEST! I bought a stove from them in 2017, which is still working great. Today I called the store, 5 years later ,because I needed a receipt for government purposes. It was VERY important. Not only did they call me right back but they found and emailed the receipt and then called later to check to see if I had everything I needed. This is GREAT service I couldn't have gotten anywhere else! I will definitely buy my next appliance from Cornwell!!

I just was charged $378 to replace the igniter for my gas range. The entire job took about 1 hour. Although Gary (an owner) was likeable enough- it's clear I was price-gouged. I did call another repair shop and was told they would charge $125 for service call and deduct that amount the price of the repair/parts. I will be filling out a Better Business Bureau compliant next.
