The VA ought be ashamed of itself. Fifty years I've been coming here and never has the property been better and the staff worse. Abusive, disrespectful, rude. Especially the covid greeters. Masks that are useless. PCR tests that have been discredited. The VA doesn't even follow the corrupt CDC. No more medicine. Partisan politics. Disgraceful!!! 😡👎

I was here and they can print out military service records. The only problem was that my second time returning within one week. I do not have a copy of my military service record. The receptionist typed it out and it had someone else's name at the top of the page. The date stamp was also blurry. "Sorry ma'am".

If yes, they are administering the Covid 19 vaccine booster shot, is this VA office give the MODERNA booster shot?
Hi, I need to get a copy of a VA Certificate to include with my city taxes for an exemption related to a 100% disabled veteran's surviving spouse. Who do I contact for a copy? Thank you
You can go to your VSO Veteran Service Officer in your town that you live in. They will be able to print that. You can also go to the VA in Boston at the JFK building.
Go to the post office.
Use VA form 20-572 and submit it to the VARO or your Veteran's Service Organization that represents you. You will need to have the address updated with the hospital separately
Hi Judith, you can look into Cash Out Refinance Homeloans. VA's Cash-Out Refinance Loan is for homeowners who want to take cash out of your home equity to take care of concerns like paying off debt, funding school, or making home improvements. The Cash-Out Refinance Loan can also be used to refinance a non-VA loan into a VA loan. VA will guaranty loans up to 100% of the value of your home. For more info, go to https://www.benefits.va.gov/homeloans/purchasecashout.asp. Thanks.
There are some parking garages in the area, but they fill quickly and are expensive. For directions and information on public transportation options, please visit our site at https://www.benefits.va.gov/ROBOSTON/directions.asp
Yes, it's right next to the city hall. We're right across Boston Public Market from Congress St.
