This shelter and personnel are superior in every way to be responsive and communicate in a timely fashion. I have been trying to adopt for 4 months.Literally frustrated at the lack of courtesy and non response and in some cases totally unrealistic criteria to include my drivers ID and Facebook account to run a background check. I an experienced adopter..and not trying to adopt a child from China. This shelter is a 10 star.Other shelters should adopt their business model which is totally transparent and see less.
