This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever see and to be honest is a danger to town. How do you call one of your customers dullussional n try telling that their spouses hadn’t gotten their script the day prior??accuse them of overtaking their medicine bc they called on the due date ? 🤔 their is something wrong with the staff in this pharmacy ! Severely wrong n they have no clue what the hell their doing ! Might want o rethink and question yourself as who the dillussional ones are bc I can bring my prescription in if you need me to show you it was just filled by uou! SMH 🤦‍♂️

Anyone at high risk and was either exposed to COVID or tested Positive for COVID and want monoclonal antibodies check out the Medicine Shoppe in Ilion. Steve, Colleen, and their staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The day I tested positive, I called them right up so that they could give me all the information I needed to tell my Doctor and took me in for treatment at 530 at night. I truly believe my recovery time was cut in half because of these antibodies. Please make sure you TELL your doctor you want this treatment, otherwise they may not inform you of this treatment. Thanks again!

I cannot say enough about The Medicine Shoppe! NEVER have I EVER been disappointed ! Today was the turning point... my other half recently had surgery and needed specific medication. His typical pharmacy seems to always be out of everything. He was told by them to check with other pharmacies or go online to see if he can find this specific medication. Nobody seemed to have this medicine nor could it be found online. I then called The Medicine Shoppe and as I was on the phone,I heard at least three people working there, looking for this medication. How many pharmacies do that!? The person on the phone took the phone number down and said that they would get back in touch. Within a couple of minutes the call was returned and lo and behold they had the medication. Not only are we pleased that they had the medicine, the attentiveness from everyone and the personalities are simply the best!! I also had a prior experience of my own where I had spoken to the pharmacist and I was not even a typical customer. He took the time to explain things with me. Alas, another time I was looking for a small piece of medical equipment that I needed quickly and I walked in and purchased it on the spot. Again, this is the only store that had it locally. So now out of three experiences they've all been five star quality. Now add to the fact,that they deliver. Again, no one else does this locally. I have used the same pharmacy ( though it has changed names a few times ) for 32 years. As of tomorrow, I can proudly say I'm switching to The Medicine Shoppe. It is clearly evident they genuinely care.KUDOS TO THEM!!

Very frequently have to get have to get some kind of medicine or another, they've always been friendly and easy to understand, they are very caring. I choose them for everything they are the friendliest pharmacy I have ever been to
