Check with Ilion or Utica salvation army location. Also WKTV has lists of companies ( like Tolpa's salvage in Remsen MY area) making deliveries to affected areas.
Must wear a face mask, they limit the number of shoppers in the store, arrowed path to fallow to get through the store, social distancing asked to be maintained, and dividers at check out.
