Nothing but problems. The deck company that did my deck was using 84 Lumber for their supply. 84 Lumber missed every single one of their due dates. Said the framing would be out on Thursday... missed. Rep gave a guarantee that it would be out first thing Friday AM... MISSED. The framework finally made it out on Monday late afternoon... That was three days that the building crew was sitting around on their thumbs due to missed/late material deliveries. The actual decking is currently facing the same story, missed the Friday AND Monday delivery and so they are now BLAMING the Vendor for the delays. Blaming them for holding the order and even accidentally CANCELING IT! They are now saying that it will be there mid-morning and will deliver once it arrives. I will not be holding my breath. They say they have done everything they can. I doubt that if the vendor keeps messing up like they say they are GO GET IT FROM THEM! Don't sit on your thumb and regurgitate what you are being told, stop sitting on your thumbs and go look! Why keep having this issue over and over again within the same order! I waited and bit my tongue in hopes they would turn it around, but I am now so fed up with 84 Lumber that I am going to ask the contractors for my other projects who they are using and if they say 84 Lumber I'm going to tell them to find someone else or I'm not accepting the bid.

This has been infortunately one of the worse customer experiences we have received to date. We spend a substantial amount for a front door and were patient with the time it took for it to be delivered. Since the delivery, 84 Lumber has found every excuse in the book to avoid doing the work and if we don't communicate, there is no follow up. Plan to do a lot more work in the future and was hoping more from this Company.

Horrible service. It's almost like they don't want to work with home owners. They took 3 months to order my product and every item ordered was wrong. The replacements arrived 3 months later and that time 50% of the order was wrong. Now I'm being bounced from person to person to person and no one is stepping up to fix their error. I will never step foot in there again.

It has taken over 5 weeks to get a custom door made, and I was told it would take 1-2 weeks at the most. First they lost my first request for an estimate; when I called 2 weeks later to see what had happened, no one had any record of the request or measurements and we had to start over with a new estimate over the phone. After two more weeks I called to see if it was finished, and they couldn't even find the order. They finally tracked it down hours later and called to tell me it hadn't even been started, no one was sure why, but it would hopefully be done in just a few more days. I didn't hear anything, called back a week later and it still wasn't done (or possibly started); but they were hopeful it would be finished in three more days. Three days later I didn't hear from them. I called again the next day and was told they had finally finished it the previous evening, but they did not even think to call and tell me! I honestly don't understand why an order that had been lost twice was not made a higher priority to make up for lost time. Instead, it was repeatedly pushed back and clearly their absolute last priority. In the meantime, I have been forced to live for over a month with no door on my bathroom!! (Which I told them, so they must have understood it was a pretty important job for the customer.) The door won't even be painted, so it's not like I can take it home and mount it right away, either! The staff are always very pleasant in person and on the phone, right up until you challenge them on for treating you badly; then they brush you off and just don't want to talk to you anymore. I expect the product will be good (hence two stars instead of one), but because of all the delays I haven't even seen it yet. I have just never worked with a store that was so repeatedly neglectful or disorganized, and who cared so little about their customers.
