The housing worker "Vicky" was extremely rude and went as far as chuckling about a bad situation I'm in at the moment. She gave me bad vibes immediately and was nothing but rude and condescending from the start of our interaction. I left here feeling shamed and embarrassed, when all I needed was some advice and help. Shame on you Catholic Charities!!!
