Accompanied a friend whose phone needed the geek squad. The repairs were done quickly , worst part was the wait to turn in the phone . Friendly helpful staff. One even took time to explain a new gizmo to me even though i was not going to purchase. Will consider that store in future.

I’m leaving this one star review because the Best Buy delivery people deliver the stove for me and picked up an old one but I wasn’t home only my child was and I told them when they called that I was on my way home and to please wait for me they didn’t wait they just removed my old stove with only my child there and it had a cast iron skillet in it was over 100 years old and have been passed down through my family. They could not locate my skillet and now I’m out thousands of dollars and also lost a skillet that can never be replaced. Their delivery contract states that there has to be someone 21 years or older there with a valid ID for removal and my son is not 21 with a valid ID and they remove my plans anyways and didn’t even look inside of it and they don’t even care. Then when I asked the store associate for the corporate number he refused to give it to me and then gave me a number to customer service instead and told me that it was the corporate number. I really like Best Buy but this experience has ruined it for me and I will never purchased anything from them ever again. I had to update my review because I had a customer service associate contact me she had read my review online and they tried to track down my cast iron skillets. I was really excited and She sent me a picture but unfortunately the skillets that They found did not belong to me. However I do really appreciate the fact that She took the time to look for them it really means a lot to me. I have raise the star rating of this review because of that and it has helped restore my faith in the Best Buy Company, if not in my local store specifically.

Will never buy a computer from here again. Bought a laptop about 6 months ago from here and got some malware on it so I go in the box it came in to get the backup for it to fix it and it didn't have one. I called HP to get one and they informed me that there should have been one and to call best buy for it. I called best buy and they tried to sell me some package for $200 or pay geek squad to fix it. Saying that computers don't come with any sort of backup anymore and that they would have made a copy of it for me when I bought it for a price. What a racket they have I'm sure they purposely don't tell you so you come back there and paid for your computer to get fixed or buy a $200 package to get it repaired. I will buy straight from the manufacturer anymore because I spoke with them and a backup does come with their laptops so thanks a lot Best buy for teaching me a lesson lesson learned

Call the store and ask to speak to a Geek Squad agent and they can create an appointment. As of now, if your phone is older than an iPhone 6S or 7, they probably won't have the battery.
The Best Buy in Charleston has processors, graphics cards, RAM, motherboards, hard drives, and power supplies. They also price match competition. So it's a good place to find parts at good prices.

Idk about Amazing..... They all wesr masks. If the blonde girl at the geek squad counter is doing her best to maintain social distancing them she is doing great. I stood there looking at tablets for 20 mins only to have a manager walk up and ask what i wanted to buy. He even knew I was frustrated with her childish ways and had her actually work and check me out. Not really a fan of the service here. I like to order online and have them walk it out most of the time.

Unfortunately they won't be able to answer your question on here. You'll have to continue to try to get ahold of someone at the store.
If you want an original OEM remote, contact the manufacturer, give them your model and get it from them, or eBay. Best Buy only carries universal remotes.
They worked just fine for me. Try to get to geek squad menu if a certain department isn't answering.
