Ok I’m gonna start with I walked in not looking for a fish, and seen a beautiful galaxy male betta red black and white. I’ve been looking for a betta like this for a while now, got it home and it passed three days after unfortunately. My family and I were upset and called the store, my girlfriend called the store to talk to someone, mine you being upset from the loss of our beautiful fish. I want to say a big thank you to Brianna, and awesome job at fixing a terrible thing. She replaced our betta and made our experience good enough to return, when otherwise we were not. This girl need a raise and needs to be commended for a job well done, petco you have an asset in that employee and her customer service ability’s. One more time THANK YOU BRIANNA for making my family and myself happy again....

I loved taking my dog to Chelsea, but I assume she isn’t there anymore. I took her to another person and she did ok, but didn’t even trim my dog’s paw pads. I figured I’d try again, but they cancelled my appointment for no reason. I’m taking my pup somewhere else I guess because they just don’t seem to care anymore, but I get that it’s a corporation so I don’t blame the groomers at all.
