Went to this location around midnight ordered a big Mac an large sweet tea a guy took my order but when I came around to pay a young lady said I did not order them it seem like she did not want me there so I made it up to the window to pick up my food my lg tea was a small tea I 7eparked on the side to try and enjoy the meal the burger was as cold as anything and there was nothing I could have done and the sweet tea had no suger at all if you are going to ask top dollar for your staff maybe they can practise there people skills

This location is always the worst, they make the Uber drivers wait at the front door with the homeless asking for money and getting violent when you say no. I made a mobile order for two quarter pounders with cheese. When I arrived to the drive through because curbside wasn’t available I sat there for 10 mins after being told to wait a minute. Another car drove up and asked me if they were open and I told him they tolr me to wait. They immediately took his order. So I followed him around and let the girl know at the window I had been waiting and that I was just picking up a mobile order through the app. I was told to wait at the third window which is just the front door when if curbside was available I could’ve just parked there in the first place. I asked to wait at the window because I knew they’d have me waiting forever when they had a gentleman come and threaten me and said if I didn’t go to the window I’d have to request my refund online. I waited 15 mins for two quarter pounders with cheese at the front door. The workers gave me fries which I didn’t order. I also wasn’t charged because they didn’t listen to me when I stated it was a mobile app order and not a mcdelivery. I guess I shouldn’t be mad after receiving free food. However the fact that I got it through ignorance and bad customer service points out the issue.

I do my order on screen when I came to get soda cap he told me didn’t find my order 10 minutes after . Find my order I get my foods. But also I’m waiting to get my latte coffee mr than 30 minutes. Customer service is very very bad.. bad thing my kids with me and watch all this 🫣

They're getting a little better since my last post on this McDonald's a few years ago. The staff was pleasant & service was quick. Although just recently, I had ty make a return trip because they got my order wrong. Unacceptable. Let's see if they improve at all within time...
