Didn’t answer the phone asked for a remote access code . I have tried and looked for every possible way to get in touch with someone there.I have an order that was completely wrong and I’m trying to see if we can fix it.The communication is awful.

I agree I would stop by to see what happens. Sometimes McDonald's can get super busy so they lack on their phones communicationon skills. Explain that you had come back and if its not a simple trip let them know. Most McDonald's if you bring your order back and be direct about it with out be rude they have no problem replacing the order sometimes giving you even extra fry or apple pie for the inconveniences.
