Ordered at the kiosk, waited at a table for about 15 minutes and went to the counter. After about 5 minutes, they acknowledged me, then a few minutes later someone asked if they could help me. After all that I finally got my meal. So much for fast food or customer service. Unfortunately, this has been my experience at several McDonald's. I won't be going back.

This McDonald's is pretty awful. They get our order wrong almost every time we go. The only positive is that the fries are usually hot/fresh. We usually go to the one further down 56th even though it's farther from our house. Almost every time we come here (for convenience), we end up regretting it.

Ordered at the kiosk and sat down, a long time went by and I finally asked a employee" where's my food?" They inform me somebody must have cleared it or not made it or something I wonder how long they would have made me sit if I didn't ask unprofessional. Thanks for wasting half my lunch. Waiting for my food. And all the employee had to stay with oh sorry should have made it right with me it's a horribly run restaurant if this way you treat people

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever eating at. First thing they had a long line so I ordered from the machine and I did not get a receipt. I then set at a dirty table that was available close to the register and all tables were dirty. Then after 20 minutes of watching people order food at the cash register and sitting down and eating. I got up and asked where is my food nicely and got attitude from the manager then the women behind the counter claimed she called my number which was a lie because I am set beside the register with my number on the table in her plain view. I got sandwich and unwrapped it and half of my egg was broken off and not on the sandwich and when I opened it it fell out on the able and then the floor. Don't waste your time here go to Wendy's across the road and try for better luck.
