I guess they were rushing or could have been in a rush at first. I thought they were a little rude. I had to come back but upon coming back there were a few that were pleasant and friendly. I realized that your serving the public but you gotta watch your tone you never know whose,in your place of business and I to am a manager but getting finger prints for my part time job and I just watched and observed so the first impression was wow some of them are rude but upon returning back I came across some friendly faces.

Lady on the phone was very rude. Don’t bother with this place. Nobody should waste their energy and time on such bad service. Nobody deserves this treatment. Find another place that will cooperate to get things done.

How do I reschedule
When I made my appointment it says they only accept authorization codes, business checks, money orders, credit cards, and debit. No cash. I'm going to assume that they do not accept Mobile payment.
