First time in this office went with my 6months old didn’t know the rules but it was crazy raining outside and he was scared because of the lightnings so I decided to bring him with me inside for my appointment and the girl in the front asked if I had an appt I said yes but she told me I couldn’t get in with the baby so I was supposed to leave him outside scared because we couldn’t be inside the office for a few moments until my appointment. I understand that it’s a rule but wow no heart at all. Never coming back.
