Everybody here is SOOO nice! Really professional and warm overall - I’m giving 2 starts because it is impossible to communicate with them!! I’ve tried to make an appointment through the website and they don’t have anything available (not even for 2 months from now) they don’t answer the phone either. I don’t know what else to do to get an a appointment to continue my laser treatment.

OMG! Most painful wax I've ever experienced!! I thought I would be missing skin afterwards, and I have a strong pain threshold! Inexperienced staff RIPPED out my hair! WORST wax ever!! An experienced staff member would have waxed me quickly and (nearly) painlessly. But not here. I bled and was swollen after the wax. She did it VERY, very SLOWLY and MADE IT HURT MORE than it ever should have. What's up with that?!? Never returning again.
