This was only my second time getting my eye brows with Noor Houssein. My first visit was a walk-in and it went wonderful. She gave me some advice on growing out my eye brows and I was excited to come back in to see how she could make them better. My second visit was horrible. It seemed like she was having a bad day. I called to make an appointment with someone over the phone and I guess she didn’t place me in the system. My “appointment” was for 1:45pm and I showed up at 2:00pm (I get it, I was late). She didn’t speak to me the entire time I was in her chair except to tell me that I was holding my eye brow wrong. She was extremely frustrated and she was taking it out on her customer. As talented as she is, it’s not worth $20 to have someone treat you like trash. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I get my dip done by JW every time because she not only does she have the best stories and remembers everything we talk about, but she always goes above and beyond on my nails! The designs she can do is the cherry on top! Make sure you call before she gets all booked up!!!
