Went there about a month and half ago on a whim after coming out of the Metro store with a phone purchase. I chose my colors and was seated pretty quickly. The tech to which I was assigned and another employee seemed to be arguing because my tech wanted to give me a gel mani/pedi and that is not what I had asked for. We got started and things seemed okay, at least with the pedicure. The tech was very chatty which is unusual as most don't speak English and I was prepared to tune out. Still, cool. The issue was with the manicure. The polish was gloppy and they had obviously let it dry out. I pointed this out to the tech and she laughed it off. Suddenly her English...not so good. Needless to say, my fingernails NEVER dried and when she came to check on my under the dryer, saying I should be done, I asked her to check. She placed her finger on one of my nails and left a fingerprint. The whole set was smudged and ruined. I had already paid and left without a word, but I will never go back there. The only positive side to the experience for me is that I liked the two colors so much that I ordered them from OPI and now bring my own bottles to another salon that is even closer to my home.

Very clean; Everyone is friendly; Anthony is amusing and does a quick, excellent t job; Mary took time on a busy, busy day to fit me in. She repaired and created a false nail for my great toe. It looks real! Beautiful, THIN manicure as well.

I've been to this nail salon twice (my second visit was yesterday). Both times I was seated right away and the ladies doing my nails both times were fantastic. They were kind and attentive, not to talkative (because I have panic disorder, I get anxious quickly so little talking is best for me), and they did exactly what I asked for each time. At my visit yesterday, I asked for a floral design and my technician said she would try but wasn't sure she could do it. She tried and she nailed it! But it would have been perfectly fine if she had just said no and not even tried. But the fact that she was willing to try stuck with me. It was above and beyond what I expected. I'll be visiting them again in a few weeks. 😁😁
