Appointment. The techs are extremely talented and booked often. Make an appointment to assure a seat with one. Walk ins are welcome but you may not be seen for veey long if they are all attending clients with appointments. I make up to 3 appointments booked in advance. You will not regret it
Make sure you book 2-4 wks in advance. I made the mistake of forgetting and couldn't get in for a mth and a 1/2
