Melinda, Kristicia and Jose are amazing!! I decided to make the switch from Sprint after being with them for 20 years to AT&T for better coverage esp when traveling for work. This amazing team took time explaining all the info and were so patient with transitions all the lines over. They are very knowledgeable and supportive. As a nurse having the FirstNet coverage is now a added relief as well as now having the support of AT&T and the team @ the Rensselaer store. Super recommend going to this store to see how they can help !!!!!

My phone died while I was on vacation near Albany. I didn't want to have to deal with it, but I had to. Melinda, at the store, did an absolutely AMAZING job. She helped me get a new phone, all the accessories I needed, checked my account, transferred everything to my new phone... everything. She made the whole process absolutely painless. I would be willing to complete the seven hour drive to Albany for any future phone issues I have just so I can have Melinda help me again. I absolutely cannot overstate just how competent, professional, and efficient she was.

Kinda disappointed. Usually always have a great experience here which is why I stopped in again. Unfortunately..totally ignored by the two gentlemen working there. Not a hello..be with you soon..nothing. Stood there feeling awkward so I left. Weird.

ALWAYS... EVERYTIME I go there it is an excellent experience. The crew at this location has always been the best... hands down, East Greenbush location is awesome!
