I have seen prices from $50k to over $100k. Lot rents range from just under $600 to $700. There is a company, Four Star Realty handles properties in Kings Lake as well as other senior communities in the area.

Believe there are several factors that determine space rent. Ie waterfront, corner lot, oversize lot, standard lot. My standard lot is between 625 to 650 but that includes basic cable and some sort of garbage 4x a week. Best to check with their office to get most accurate numbers. Great place to live.
