Shady place. Wouldn't let your children wonder the park, the young men in the park were always so suspicious. Constant drama and nobody minds their own business. Cops are always there.
i would like to move by June 2020. how soon should i look at units?

You have to buy one of the trailers there, which varies on the seller. I know the range had been between 20k to 40k.
The rent itself used to be around $500 a month, it may have risen since. I think water is included.
