Unreliable appointment time. According to Pete, they "don't go by appointments", despite booking appointment times. I literally bribed them with an extra $100 to begin my work. They accepted and finally began my work.

Because they are good people and understaffed and have more customers than they can help oh, also at the same time you have to understand as a business point this is the way to obtain hi tax deduction and high customer. Which tells me he is looking into buying more or expanding his facility. In 10 years from now it'll be in perfect operation
they do, but its not like a car lot. Stuff moves...they do more work on those type cars so they get sold.
Its both... but they work pretty fast we had a transmission done like day and half.
