Cannot say enough good things about the folks here. Cole, the service clerk that checked me in was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I was especially appreciative of the service advisors that called me periodically to update me on the progress of the repairs. My company ultimately decided to not have the truck serviced as it needed extensive repairs. Was told to clean out the truck and they’d get me another one. Company sent a driver down to tow the truck back to Chicago and, upon arriving, there was some major damage to the truck that they tried to charge me for. (I’m a rental operator) I called and talked to Sarah Pinson, the Service Estimator at Truck Centers, and she immediately went to work looking on their cameras to verify that the purported damage was not on the truck when they had it. Sarah was able to determine that the damage, indeed, wasn’t my fault and provided picture evidence which I forwarded to my company, thereby saving me from having to pay the $5K deductible for the damage that was found to be caused by the tow driver. Thank you, Sarah, and the rest of the team there for helping me avoid such a costly fee for something that very clearly wasn’t my fault!! You guys rock!!

Never had to deal with the service dept but the fellas in parts are nice knowledgeable fellas.The service dest fellas are nice also but to the pike whom told me to stay in the drivers area when the sign said new and used trucks and pointed down the hallway you just cost sales a possible sales and when my old wore out truck gets a ecu I will not come back.I have excellent credit score and a business owner and I would not have any customers if I had you working foe me so 1 star for you.

Good communication with the service guy and the parts staff, the DPF installation was quick , the price is reasonable, if they can get some DPF filter inventory will be better.
