Management at Big oak Mobile Home Park didn't give proper notification before doing tree maintenance on my property and they broke my umbrella and haven't acknowledged or offered to replace or apologize. They have absolutely no respect for the residents that live here. If they had given me proper notice I could have moved all of my belongings including plants etc, umbrella and this whole misunderstanding could have been prevented. I can't believe they still haven't acknowledged or offered to replace. Bad customer service for sure. Management does not listen to reason and they walk away when you try to explain what happened they only want to believe what they want to believe and they also accused me of being intoxicated in which I wasn't I was sick in bed.
