Its okay to live; not many priviledges and some of the tenants who live hear have more privileges than others only because of their religion preference.

I tried calling this place for more information and a guy named Kevin answered and was completely rude and unhelpful. Before I could even ask anything he said there was nothing available without giving an effort to even check and then hung up on me.

I have lived in Sandy Point 3 for over 9 years, and the park has only gotten cleaner and a better place to live.

Has a green bin for donations.Well taken care of mobile homes.Nice people.
