There are (almost) always homes for sale.
It is an owner occuppied complex, so no rentals, but always something for sale
There are dog breed restrictions and i believe size restrictions. Also only allowed two pets.

No. You have either purchase an available home, or find an empty space to rent that you bring a mobile home onto. The park manager has to approve everything prior.
