Our family has been going here for years. The service is great, the employees are friendly and the rates are decent. We did have one experience where there was a mistake and we were shorted, but once it was realized they fixed it immediately.

First time at action metal, I already knew I was getting ripped off combined weight of 100lbs 30lbs aluminum and 70lbs of metal , only gave me $17.00 bucks. The Latino guy knew the minute I walked in ,kept sayin “not too much money , not too money” , everybody has there own scams and hustle , the world isn’t fair and honest,

Staff was very friendly, helpful and fast quiet impressed with the service considering how busy they were was scared I'd be there for hours took longer to unload my recycling then it did for them to handle the long line ,was also impressed with their price well worth going there, highly satisfied

I saved up plastic bottles (water bottle and milk container) for 3 months with 3 big garbage bags full for them to only give me $5.72!! That can't even cover the gas I spent to get over here. They like to rip people off and cheat them out their money, and this will be the last I ever do business with them again!!
