Very good service, excellent customer appreciation, & very fair prices. I bought 4 new tires at a tire store in Alameda. After the tires were installed I was told that the sensors on the drivers front needed to be re-learnd & the passenger rear needed to be replaced. Somehow they messed the entire system up & couldn't fix their error. It took Hanlees Hilltop Buick GMC 5 minute's to fix the error. I sent the tire stores customer service the invoice & the receipt & they agreed to reimburse me for the cost to fix the problem.

I got an emissions recall done on my car and the dealership is supposed to give one certain paper that the DMV acknowledges in order for you to get registered but this service center was out. I was told the dmv wold take what I had which was just the work order or receipt. They did not take it and when I called saying that I needed that paper in order to get my registration the service center was out and they would call me when they showed up or I could go somewhere else.... but I had the service done there why do the service if you can't fulfill everything to complete the service and then tell me it's on me to figure it out horrible professionalism and laziness.

This place is not so nice the so called manger you can't get a word in becuase he gets upset the general manager doesn't help do anything when it comes to help on service is a bad team bad service to a point the if a lady comes thair you can feel intimidated including the mechanic, im not going there for service anymore I go to other gmc where they do have respect

I have been taking my GMC truck for service here two times. the first time the service was good, but it took an hour for a oil change and rotation of my tires. The second time all I requested was an oil change and not to rotate my tires because they are brand new. it still took an hour.I requested information about a new windshield and suspension work, the guy who checked me in waited until I was ready to leave to look up the information I requested the previous hour. He acted like my time wasn't important, huge mistake.I had recall work that needed to be done the previous year but this dealership was unwilling to provide me a car while the work was being done, so I took it to the dealership in Concord who did provide me a vehicle.They also washed my truck when they were finished with the recall work! I bring my truck to Hanlees because it is closer to my home than Concord,but in the future I may make the drive to Concord because they have better service.My truck is a 2019 AT4.
