Took 4 hours just to complete the Oil Change, despite of taking an appointment. I purchased GroupOn Coupon and they didn’t provide a satisfactory service. They almost charged me 95 dollars for just a Oil change despite of Groupon, finally called the manager and fixed it for me. It was all good at the end.

Came in for a tire repair and told I need a new tire and ended up getting 2 replaced. And I'm still sitting here waiting for them to remove the one I didn't need replaced. Still sitting here.

I when yesterday to get 2 new tires and it 30 minutes before closing the guy at the register gave a quote of $400 it was good I ask do you have now in-stock he said yes so told him okay I'll buy them he told me okay come back tomorrow will help then they didn't want to do .it doesn't take more the 30 minutes to change a tire they were just lazy never again I'll step foot in any big o tire company

The service here is next to perfect. Gary listened to what tire service I needed and took the time to provide answers and options. Options rarely are spoken of when it comes to car service. He was patient with me, when I requested to break the estimate down line by line. I was also reassured that I came to the right place, hearing other customers reactions/feedback when Gary was helping them at the counter. The time it took to work on my car was the time he said before it started. Thank you Gary and Luis!!! This girl left with a smile :)
