No one at the facility to rent space. I went there next day and no one answered office door. I called phone number and shifted to operator. Operator said they must be on site. Well, no one on site. At 1 pm someone called that was covering for the mangers and ask if he could help. It is the owners of the facility to put in place personal to take over when managers are away. The managers need a break one in awhile and the phone should forward to on call person, not a service.

I am a customer at the location on Madeline Rd is San Pablo/ Richmond. The facility is extremely clean and the managing team are excellent. No pressure sales - they let their customer service and impressive facility entice you to use their storage facility!

I had an overall great experience with Security Public Storage. This location had the best rates out of all the places I got quotes from (on Yelp) and everybody I dealt with was super helpful. Cassie was very accommodating when I needed to change the size of the unit and the gentleman in the office was wonderful as well. I wish I could remember his name! He let me take a look at the unit before I filled out paperwork to make sure it worked for me, which I appreciated, and was also really helpful when I was having trouble with my gate code. He resolved the issue quickly and I was in and out of there with everything I needed done before I knew it. Thanks guys!
