Very disappointed. I ordered foam & other items for a project 3 weeks ago. I get radio silence from Foam Order. I follow up and am told they don't have the raw materials. Then why did you take my order!? Why didn't you communicate with me that you cannot deliver the items I paid for!? Shockingly bad customer experience. They had the nerve to blame COVID. Don't blame COVID for your non-existent communication and poor planning. DON'T SELL ITEMS YOU DON'T HAVE! I could have finished this project weeks ago. Now I'm behind schedule and need to order elsewhere. I will never order from Foam Order again and would never recommend such awful service.

Firm cushions have helped with my back I was looking to replace 6 year old down cushion inserts with something that would be firmer and more supportive for my lower back. I had developed back pain after transitioning from work to home and my cushions just weren’t cutting it any more. I found the instructions for how to measure easy to follow, though I wish you could just enter the cushion cover measurement and the company do the math for adding or subtracting based on the foam you selected. The cushion arrived within 14 days of placing my order and were vacuum packed. They did off gas a little, but it was totally bare able and not overpowering. The cushions were a little difficult to get into my covers, particularly where the core foam was exposed. (I chose a partial wrap of the outer batting). I will like make some muslin covers for the foam the next time I clean the cushion covers. All and all, would purchase from this company again.

I was reupholstering an old chair that did not have any cushions. I ordered custom cushions and covers from FoamOrder and am so happy with how they turned out. I spent a little more for the down envelopes and they are very comfortable. Production did take roughly 5 weeks due to the covers being custom, but customer service was very helpful with updates. I'd definitely recommend them for your upholstery needs.

We spent a ton of time making sure we got the measurement correct. the video was very helpful. Everything that FoamOrder stated was 100% spot on. The replacement cushions were 100% spot on as well. 16 years ago we spent $2000 on this sofa. The investment of these cushions will assure another 16. The first photo shows the old/new contrast. The second shows the fabulous results.
