Pretty good experience. Easy acces and friendly staff. We had two units that were clean and safe. However both storages units had quite a price hike in the 7 months we were there. This took us by surprise, but overall I would recommend this storage.

John and Monica, who’ve been there for many years are very kind, responsive, and considerate. Always willing to answer questions. My belongings are in a safe place with the secure gate system. Fair rent prices as well.

I have dealt with 3 other storage companies in our area and was DONE with it. I didn't plan on EVER using another storage place again. Out of DESPERATE time pressing need I Googled storage companies and THANKFULLY extra storage space was the closest near me at the time of the search. I hadn't heard of the company and never saw them because they aren't visible on main driving streets. I am SO HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE so much that I am leaving a review only 3 days of dealing with them AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY I AM ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE!! EVERY single thing of this company is the polar opposite of any of the companies I've dealt with. Their location feels so safe, I saw police circle the area twice while I was there. It was so well lit I just felt so comfortable being there late night! I wanted a storage that stayed open late to access but NEVER ACCESSED them because it was so creepy NOT HERE it was so satisfying to finally get that comfort TO ACCESS LATE HOURS! The manager (I think his name was John, sorry if I am wrong) was SO HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY POLITE AND WELCOMING which was another difference that I appreciated. I LOVE THE BLUETOOTH ACCESS... I LOSE MY KEYS ALL THE TIME it's nice to not have to worry about that OR HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR CAR TO PUNCH IN A CODE.... BUT nice to still have that option in case you don't have your phone. I reserved a unit that was too small and the transfer was so easy I had NO PROBLEM the manager made the switch it was SO FAST & easy and at NO COST TO ME. I LOVE this place from the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ON THE PHONE, THE LOCATION THE MANAGER AND CONVENIENT ACCESS LATE HOURS AND DRIVE UP ACCESS...ITS GREAT I WOULD GLADLY REFER ANYONE AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE I EVEN WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO start with a first month free deal so it only cost me 48 DOLLARS TO MOVE IN!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I ONLY PLANNED TO STAY SHORT TERM BUT IF THE EXPERIENCE CONTINUES THIS WAY I PROBABLY WILL MAKE IT LONG TERM!! Thank you to this team you Gaines a SUPER FAN IN ME!!
