She does not sympathize with people nor does she care if a emergency happens.. if you want good customer service and quality for your money DONT BOOK WITH THIS VENUE ..

I booked a baby shower three months in advance and left a $1000.00 dollars deposit then a week later my wife had a accident and we lost the baby i called the lady from two roses and explained the situation and she really didn't care much she just said If the hall gets reserved she could maybe help us, turns out she never got back to us and we passed by the hall the exact date we had booked to see if anybody else has booked the hall and there was a event going on.I understand if i was to cancel 2-3 weeks prior to the date that was booked but 3 months in advanced a week later of leaving the the deposit she could've be more considerate instead of being so money hungry she could've have had us as costumer for good

This place was beautiful from top to bottom. But they lack a level of professionalism and will not answer the phone to give back your security deposit. Their customer service is trash.
