If I could give these people 0 stars I definitely would. I came in the day before and the wait time was 3-4 hours so I made an appointment for the next day and I wasn't seen until almost 4 hours of waiting. People who had later appointments were being seen before me. What's the point of making an appointment which is supposed to "guarantee" your slot when they don't even go by appointment times. When I ask how much longer my wait time is the girl at the front desk tells me that there's 2 more patients ahead of me, then I see 5 patients go ahead of me before my name got called. If I had other options I would've definitely gone elsewhere. This place needs to close down.

This place is unbelievable you make an appointment and you still have to wait 2 hours what's the point of having an appointment you just leave it as a walk in. And they always only have one doctor working why they can't hire more doctors. The staff up front doesn't care at all. They always look like they hate their job. Hire more staff . And if you come in by 7:30 pm the front office lies and says that it will be 2 to 3 hours wait just so you leave but I didn't leave and was called in 20 minutes smh . Close this location down if you can't keep up with your appointments.

Carolyn is the best nurse I ever had the pleasure on meeting. Truly the nicest and sweetest nurse I ever met. Made me feel really comfortable and confident while I was getting my blood drawn which is my biggest nightmare. She made it painless and the best experience I ever had at a Dr’s office by far. Hopefully she end up taking care of me again next check up. 10/10

People were being turned away and coming back in complaining that their appointments weren’t honoured in a reasonable time. Some even saying they’ve been waiting in lobby and coming in and out of the office 4-5 hours after their scheduled appointment time and still not been called or seen. Seeing and hearing the commotion I sit back and expect a wait. 3 hours later they start shutting down the lobby early and locking the doors with me still in there as the last person. Meanwhile the young girl and older woman working the desk are talking loudly about partying/dating and the different patients that they found annoyed with that day. At one point another patient leaves and they take them off the list and move me up, 30 minutes later they come back and complain and get seen immediately and push me back without a work to me they moved me to later (keep in mind this is now at the 3 hour mark ive had to wait and be pushed back with an appointment and being there early incase they need to move people quicker like usual at the dr office.)This office has had a bad reputation for years but still no changes. Goes to show the competency of whoever hires the same type of employees or their managing sucks. In 2021 I actually got the be seen at this office and the experience was embarrassing, the drs called everyone in the office working to look at my injury and laugh at my face while they joke among each other! I was so shocked to see even the older dr joining in. Definitely use this place as a last resort and even then you might get turned away! Bonus they were telling patience’s to leave and go to another AdventHealth down the road… but the office and clinic closed in 10-15 minutes of that!
